We design with CAD programs and build all our cabins in a standardized and closely-controlled way using custom jigs and tools. The result is a very efficient build process allowing us to ensure a high-quality product while controlling costs and keeping waste to an absolute minimum. This is part of what makes prefab a very smart, eco-friendly, and cost-effective building solution.
We can make any of our standard cabins smaller or larger to meet your requirements; adding extra doors, windows and other features is easily done.

It all started with the Maxwell Cabin featuring our signature curving roofline.
The
standard Maxwell, sized at 16'x'20 (320sf) still remains our most popular model.
We have made them as offices, art studios, music rooms, and getaway
cabins for clients all across North America.
As requests for larger cabins have come in, the Maxwell line has grown to include many sizes, from our 12'x16' Mini-Max to our 800sf and 1000sf 2-bedroom cabins, and many more sizes in between.
Our standard Maxwell 16-20 starts at just $32,500 and can be delivered to your site in as few as 4 weeks.

Our Eichler line is a nod to the famous 1950's California developer Joseph Eichler.
Joseph Eichler is credited with bringing architect-designed modern homes to middle class Americans.
Modern, clean, and uncluttered, our Eichler line features a near-flat roof, generous glass on the façade and large overhangs.
The Eichler line is available in any of the Maxwell sizes and layouts.
As rendered, sized at 12'x16' (192sf),the Eichler 12-16 makes a generous backyard office, guestroom, or studio at a starting price of just $17,900.
